About the project
UrbanNest Realty's agents were losing leads to slow follow-ups and manual CRM entry. We built a website chatbot that qualifies buyers instantly (budget, timeline, neighbourhood preference), syncs every lead to GoHighLevel, and triggers personalized drip email sequences. The system also auto-assigns leads to the right agent by zone. Lead response time went from 6 hours to under 2 minutes.
