About the project
Iron Republic was tracking everything in spreadsheets — class attendance, memberships, coach schedules. We built a custom operations dashboard that gives them real-time visibility into attendance trends, automates class booking and waitlists, and sends churn prediction alerts when members start dropping off. Monthly cancellations decreased 22% after implementing proactive re-engagement automations.
