About the project
The Bridal Edit needed to protect their premium reputation and convert Instagram followers into appointments. We built a combined system — an AI review manager that responds to every Google review with personalized, elegant replies, plus a ManyChat Instagram automation that handles DM inquiries about designers, availability, and pricing, then books private appointments directly. Review response went from sporadic to same-day, and Instagram-sourced appointments tripled.
