Glow Studio was spending hours replying to Instagram DMs and story mentions manually. We set up a ManyChat automation that auto-replies to story mentions with a personalized booking link, runs flash promo sequences for slow days, and captures lead info from DM conversations. Bookings from Instagram doubled in the first month — without the owner touching her phone.
